The invention relates to the technical field of stay bars and provides a hoisting draw stay bar. The hoisting draw stay bar comprises an upper bar and a lower bar, wherein a crown stay claw is fixedly connected at the top end of the upper bar; a claw is fixedly connected at the right side of the upper end of the upper bar; at least three locking notches are formed in the upper bar at intervals along the axial direction; a loop bar is fixedly installed at the upper part of the lower bar; a locking device which is matched with the locking notches in the upper bar and can be used for locking the locking notches is fixedly installed on the loop bar; an installing hole communicated with a cavity of the loop bar is formed in the locking device; the lower part of the upper bar passes through the installing hole in the locking device and is arranged in the cavity of the loop bar; and the upper bar is locked on the locking device via the locking notches. The hoisting draw stay bar has a reasonable and compact structure, is convenient to use, achieves the aim of carrying out push and pull operations on hoisted objects by using the upper bar, the lower bar, the crown stay claw, the claw and the locking device cooperatively, has the characteristics of safety, reliability and adjustability in length, is convenient for operation and has the effects of reducing the potential safety hazards and improving the hoisting efficiency.
