The invention discloses an oscillation monitoring device of a tower crane. The oscillation monitoring device comprises a tower crane supporting framework and a detecting mechanism, wherein the detecting mechanism comprises a cross rod, a firing pin and a firing pin swing amplitude detector; the cross rod is horizontally fixed on the tower crane supporting framework; the firing pin is longitudinally fixed on the cross rod; the firing pin swing amplitude detector is arranged right below the cross rod; a firing pin displacement detector is of a discoid shape, and the contact surface of the firing pin displacement detector and the firing pin is provided with a position sensor surrounding the firing pin peripherally; the base of the tower crane supporting framework is provided with a display platform for acquiring and displaying electric signals of the position sensor. By adopting the technical scheme, the tower crane supporting framework is internally provided with a plurality of detecting mechanisms from top to bottom, and by virtue of the detecting mechanisms, the pointed part of the firing pin fixed on the cross rod oscillates along with the oscillation of the tower crane supporting framework when the tower crane supporting framework oscillates, and further the displacement data of the pointed part of the firing pin are transmitted to the display platform via the position sensor.
