The invention relates to a restrain system for a child passenger of a motor vehicle. The restraint system comprises a child safety seat body and mounting assemblies; the mounting assemblies are mounted on the child safety seat body, and each mounting assembly comprises a safety seat plug-in button matched with a vehicle safety belt plug-in button slot and a connecting belt; one end of each connecting belt is fixed on the child safety seat body, and the other end of each connecting belt is connected with the corresponding safety seat plug-in button. The restraint system can achieve perfect fitting of a child safety seat and a vehicle seat, is universal, and can guarantee that the child safety seat cannot be separated from the vehicle seat due to inertia force or centrifugal force generated by rolling of the vehicle when the vehicle rolls due to emergent braking, or traffic collision or accidents.
