The invention provides a serial-connection hydraulic general pump type driving safe braking system. The invention relates to a driving safe braking system of a hydraulically driven motor vehicle, and particularly relates to the serial-connection hydraulic general pump type driving safe braking system. The serial-connection hydraulic general pump type driving safe braking system mainly comprises a parking braking general pump, a driving safe braking general pump, a vehicle driving braking general pump, a hydraulic oil cylinder type servo mechanism and the like, and is characterized in that liquid inlets and liquid outlets among the vehicle driving braking general pump, the driving safe braking general pump and the parking braking general pump are connected sequentially in series, so that the three general pumps can generate the strong braking force equal to vehicle driving braking. Meanwhile, the hydraulic oil cylinder type servo mechanism can push a push rod of the driving safe braking general pump at an extremely rapid responding speed to generate the strong braking force.
