The invention relates to an anti-overload monitor preparation method, which comprises a pressure sensor module (1), a microcontroller central control module (2), and a data transmission module (3), wherein the pressure sensor module (1) and the microcontroller central control module (2) are connected, and the microcontroller central control module (2) and the data transmission module (3) are connected. According to the present invention, the pressure sensor module (1) is connected to the microcontroller central control module (2), the microcontroller central control module (2) is connected to the data transmission module (3), and the connected apparatuses are arranged on the vehicle; and the preparation method has the following advantages that: with arrangement of the anti-overload monitor preparation method using the structure in the vehicle tire, if the vehicle overloads, the data transmission module rapidly transmits the information to the traffic police department, and the traffic police rapidly handle the illegal action so as to prevent the traffic accident.
