The invention discloses an in-vehicle solar fan cooling device for a vehicle parking outdoors in summer. The in-vehicle solar fan cooling device comprises a solar panel, a first capacitor, a voltage-regulator tube, a wireless receiver, a wireless transmitter, a second capacitor, a first diode, a second resistor, a first triode and a fan, wherein the negative electrode terminal of the solar panel is earthed; the positive electrode terminal of the solar panel is divided into two branches; one branch is connected with the first pin of a 7805 three-terminal voltage regulator; the other branch is connected with one end of the fan; the third pin of the 7805 three-terminal voltage regulator is connected with the first pin of the wireless transmitter; the third pin of the wireless transmitter is connected with the positive electrode terminal of the first diode; the negative electrode terminal of the first diode is connected with one end of the second resistor; the other end of the second resistor is connected with the base of the first triode; the collector of the first triode is connected with the fan; the emitter of the first triode is earthed; the first pin of the 7805 three-terminal voltage regulator is connected with one end of the first capacitor; the third pin of the 7805 three-terminal voltage regulator is connected with one end of the second capacitor; the other end of the first capacitor is earthed; the other end of the second capacitor is earthed.
