An inclined shaft lifting rope-breaking protection device comprises a gravity type steel structure main system an a gliding control subsystem. The gravity type steel structure main system comprises a long arm end, a short arm end, a connecting beam I, a connecting beam II and connecting bolts; the gliding control subsystem comprises steel ties and gliding control ropes. The inclined shaft lifting rope-breaking protection device has the advantages of being simple in structure, light, convenient, easy to machine and easy to operate; a specially-assigned person is not necessary for maintenance, and the occurrence of personnel casualty accidents caused by the broken ropes is greatly reduced.
