The invention discloses a negative electrode loop control switch of an automobile. The negative electrode loop control switch comprises a fixed support electrically connected with an automobile metal plate, a pressing rod connected to the fixed support in a sliding mode, and a compressed spring arranged outside the pressing rod in a sleeving mode. The fixed support comprises first space and second space. The small end of the pressing rod sequentially penetrates through the first space and the second space. The compressed spring is located in the first space. One end of the compressed spring abuts against a partition plate, and the other end of the compressed spring abuts against the step face of the pressing rod. A contact connected to the small end of the pressing rod is located in the second space. Warped parts are arranged at the two ends of the contact. Normally-closed switches are formed on the warped parts, warped towards the partition plate and electrically connected with the partition plate. The normally-closed switches are formed on the sides, warped away from the partition plate, of the warped parts and are suspended. The contact is provided with a connection part electrically connected with a wire harness. Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the switches of the two types can be universal for components, and the development cost is reduced. The invention further discloses the automobile with the negative electrode loop control switch.
