The invention relates to an integrated intelligent control system for a battery electric flat vehicle. The integrated intelligent control system comprises an integrated vehicle control module, a battery control module and a motor control module, wherein the integrated vehicle control module is connected with the battery control module and the motor control module respectively; the integrated vehicle control module is used for receiving sensor information, calculating and encoding the sensor information into CAN messages after A/D conversion, and then sending the CAN messages to a bus in order to control the operation of other nodes; the battery control module is used for balancing the battery voltage in the charging and discharging process of the electric vehicle so as to ensure the battery performance; the motor control module is used for controlling a DC motor to realize positive inversion. The invention further discloses a control method of the integrated intelligent control system for the battery electric flat vehicle; a single-chip microcomputer controller is adopted as the control center of the integrated intelligent control system, and the integrated intelligent control system has the advantages of being unconstrained in operation distance, flexible in mobility, free of insulation requirement on a track, low in construction cost and the like.
