The invention relates to a hollow and airless shock-absorption wheel, wherein the wheel is round, the cross-section comprises a rectangular block, the strip blocks of the two short edges oppositely upward bend and are oppositely welded to form the inner diameter, a concave groove formed from the difference of the long strip block and the short strip block is arranged on the inner diameter and is named the key groove, the two inclined edges with the connected inner diameters are named the support round disks, the opposite semi-circles with the connected outer diameters are the parts with the elastic function, the integration of the semi-circles is named the elastic liner, the elastic liner is sleeved in a circular chuck groove and is connected by using a snapping ring and a stud, a rubber ring is hooped on the elastic liner, the cords on both edges of the rubber ring are respectively connected with an elastic base cable, both edges of the rubber circle are connected by using a casting glue, the cords and the base cable are wrapped, and the installation of the decorative waterproof ring is completed.
