A cascaded brake idling accelerator or brake power-off switch efficient wrongly brake prevention control system belongs to the field of communication and transportation. Being simple and reliable, the system can effectively solve the problems of wrongly operating and delaying braking of the conventional brake control system of automobile (including electric car, or petroleum-gas-electricity hybrid power car). The original accelerator (electric switch) control system is not changed; a cascaded accelerator device which is in the maximum open state when the brake is not pedaled whereas only the fuel amount enough for the engine to run in the idling state is allowed to pass through upon pedaling the brake (or a switch device which cuts off the power supply to a motor upon pedaling the brake) is additionally provided to the original accelerator (electric switch). Moreover, the accelerator (electric switch) pedal is changed to the left foot side, and the clutch is changed to the right foot side if there is a clutch. The appended drawing to the Abstract is a schematic drawing and the comments of the layout of a car provided with the cascaded brake idling accelerator or brake power-off switch efficient wrongly brake prevention control system . In the drawing, 1 represents the accelerator pedal (in the left foot position), 2 represents the brake pedal (in the right foot position), 3 represents the clutch pedal (in the right foot position), 4 represents oil supply pipes, 5 represents the accelerator controlled by the accelerator pedal, and 6 represents the accelerator controlled by the brake pedal.
