Disclosed is a portable vehicle sunshade. Upper shaft heads of left and right rotary shafts are connected with front ends of left and right extending arms above supporting plates respectively, and lower shaft heads of the left and right rotary shafts are connected with left and right worm wheels below the supporting plates respectively. Transmission shafts are arranged below the supporting plates through bearing seats in a connecting mode, and worms at front ends of the transmission shafts are meshed with the left and right worm wheels. Rocking handles are connected with rear ends of the transmission shafts, and a plurality of suckers are arranged below the supporting plates in the connecting mode. A main sunshade surface, a left auxiliary sunshade and a right auxiliary sunshade are in pleated stretchable surface structure, the left and right auxiliary sunshades are overlapped on left and right end faces of the main sunshade surface respectively, and rear edges of the left and right auxiliary sunshades are connected with rear edges of the main sunshade surface through connecting rings. The main sunshade surface is arranged between the left and right extending arms. During usage, the sunshade is arranged on top of a vehicle in the connecting mode through the suckers, the rocking handles drive the left and right extending arms to rotate and open the main sunshade surface through the transmission shafts, the worms, the worm wheels and the rotary shafts and move around the connecting rings to open the left and right auxiliary sunshades, and the sunshade can cover front and rear windows and top of the vehicle through the main sunshade surface and the left and right auxiliary sunshades.
