The invention relates to a whole structure of a 360-degree full-circle-swinging inside-and-outside-ship-side (dual engine) contra-rotating propeller propelling plant. The whole structure has two modes which enable a diesel engine and a motor to serve as a host machine respectively, the high-speed contra-rotating propeller technology is adopted, the energy saving performance is improved by 10%-15%, and the navigational speed propelling efficiency is improved by about 10%. Oil lubrication or water lubrication is adopted. The whole structure achieves 360-degree full-circle swinging through a coder, a servo motor, a reduction box, a large cylindrical gear and a small cylindrical gear; the backing speed is increased by 1.6 to 1.8 times, and navigation is safe. When the diesel engine serves as the host machine, a hydraulic or electromagnetic clutch and an electronic gear shifting hydraulic control valve are adopted, an oil pump is driven by a variable frequency motor or a shaft to supply oil, and therefore safety, reliability and energy saving are achieved. When the motor serves as the host machine, the clutch and the control valve are omitted. A half-type square box, provided with cooling fins outside, is connected with a conic support and a ship body, the propelling force, the vibration and the attacking force are absorbed, and therefore a support is protected; a lower box body is in a stream line form front and back, and a pressure plate is additionally arranged on a wing-shaped rudder on the middle section, so that the resistance is small, and the efficiency is high. The whole structure is connected with a cab touch instrument view screen through a driver and a PLC single-cable, so that dual-engine synchronous and non-synchronous 25-mode electronic whole-process control is achieved.
