The invention relates to a closed-circuit three-dimensional spiral transport method. The method is characterized in that a transport machine runs at an annular closed track formed by head-to-tail connection of a plurality of three-dimensional spiral lines, thereby achieving an objective of conveying people and cargos to places at needed altitudes. A closed-circuit three-dimensional spiral track is erected along the annular closed track formed by head-to-tail connection of a plurality of three-dimensional spiral lines; and a three-dimensional spiral annular transport machine in a head-to-tail connection mode is laid on the track. The spiral annular transport machine is a chain plate in head-to-tail connection based on hinges.
