The invention discloses a universal type travelling mechanism for a caterpillar combined harvester with large feeding quantity, and relates to the manufacturing of agricultural equipment. Two or one semi-feeding or whole-feeding longitudinal axial flow threshing system with the same header is suitably mounted for carrying out same-machine operation. Power is mounted behind, and a power seat is a damping slideway which can be freely inserted and taken out. Universal-shaft transmission is adopted, and high-speed and low-speed operation gears for driving the harvester left and right, a power distributor (transmission) with a travelling gear incompatible with the operation gears, an infinitely variable transmission, a steering gear and the like are arranged on a front drive. A driver room is arranged on the front drive; a large granary is arranged at the rear upper side of the front engine; and the front end of the front drive is upwards jacked hydraulically; and a distance between tracks is 1.4 meters. The swath of two four-stroke semi-feeding harvesters is 2.9 meters; and a threshing roller is of a bullet type, and adopts a layer-by-layer threshing process. The longitudinal axial flow swath is more than 3.6 meters, so that the length of a straw discharging barrel is shortened, and the material operation angle is more suitable. Whole-feeding and semi-feeding machines can be commonly used for crushing, screening, grain transportation and grain unloading of the threshing system, and the power is adapted freely, rice in one mu of field can be harvested within two minutes. The caterpillar combined harvester is a caterpillar harvester with a compact structure and widest swath in the world.
