The invention relates to a high-cold frostless energy-saving rail train window, which consists of an aluminum framework (1), heat insulation glue (2), rubber strips (3), glass (4) and a hollow layer (5), wherein the glass (4) is clamped in clamp grooves of the aluminum framework (1). The high-cold frostless energy-saving rail train window is characterized in that the liquid heat insulation glue (2) is cast in aluminum alloy sectional material clamp grooves of the aluminum framework (1) and is cured; and temporary connecting bridges (6) arranged in the aluminum alloy sectional material clamp grooves are cut, so that the connection of inner and outer side metal sectional materials is broken. The high-cold frostless energy-saving rail train window has the advantages that the heat insulation performance of a high-cold window is improved; the high-cold frostless effect is achieved; the heat insulation performance and the safety of the rail train window are improved; the energy consumption of an air conditioner is reduced; the electric heating is not adopted, so that the electricity consumption of the whole train is reduced, and the safety is further improved; and the powerful guarantee is provided for the improvement of the whole train performance.
