The invention discloses a micro crane balance weight servo increasing and decreasing device which comprises a plurality of balance weights, a balance weight pull rod and a beam. Through holes are formed between the upper end faces and the lower end faces of the balance weights. The upper end of the balance weight pull rod penetrates through the beam, and the lower end of the pull rod penetrates to the lower end faces of the balance weights. Pin holes alternately formed according to the number and heights of the balance weights are formed in the balance weight pull rod. The pin holes are matched with pin shafts. The micro crane balance weight servo increasing and decreasing device further comprises a balance weight pull rod lifting mechanism mainly composed of an inverted U-shaped frame. A pressing rod is arranged at the upper portion of the inverted U-shaped frame. A roller is arranged at the position where the U-shaped frame makes contact with the beam. A hole is formed in the portion, a certain distance away from the axis horizontally, of the roller. The balance weight pull rod is arranged in the U-shaped frame. The pull rod and the U-shaped frame are connected through the pin shafts so that the roller can be used as a supporting point, the pressing rod is pressed till the pressing rod is perpendicular to the axis of the balance weight pull rod, and the U-shaped frame is turned over so that the balance weight pull rod can be perpendicularly lifted. By using the micro crane balance weight servo increasing and decreasing device, the balance weights can be conveniently stacked or separated, and the overall stability is improved.
