The invention relates to a central plate structure of a multi-rotor craft. The central plate structure comprises a central plate body, wherein the central plate body comprises an upper disk and a lower disk which are arranged up and down, both adopt hollowed out structures, and are connected with each other through a plurality of upright posts; the upper disk comprises an upper outer ring and an upper central disk arranged in the center of the upper outer ring; a plurality of upper connecting plates are arranged between the upper central disk and the upper outer ring; a plurality of mounting holes connected with a craft main body are formed in the upper central disk; the lower disk comprises a lower outer ring and a lower central disk arranged in the center of the lower outer ring; a plurality of lower connecting plates are arranged between the lower central disk and the lower outer ring; a square through hole is formed in the center of the lower central disk. The central plate structure adopts a shock-absorbing structure with an upper layer and a lower layer of thin-walled disks, is light in weight, and good in shock-absorbing effect, and has the advantage that vibration of electronic equipment of the craft during a flying process is reduced, so as to improve the operating stability of the craft, and prolong the service life.
