The invention relates to an electric balance car, in particular to a double-wheel electric balance swing car which is more reasonable in design and more flexible to control. The double-wheel electric balance swing car comprises an upper cover, a middle supporting frame and a lower cover. Two symmetrically-distributed empty grooves are formed in the upper cover. Pedals are arranged in the empty grooves and formed by connecting rubber pedal covers and pedal plastic parts. After the outer faces are abraded, only the pedal covers need to be replaced. Evenly-distributed arch-shaped protrusions are arranged on the upper surface of the rubber pedal covers, abrasion is not prone to happening, and the damping effect is good. A spindle is arranged in the middle segment of the middle supporting frame and sleeved with a left sleeve pipe and a right sleeve pipe. A copper ring is arranged between the left sleeve pipe and the right sleeve pipe. After the copper ring is fixed, no deviation happens to mounting of the left sleeve pipe and the right sleeve pipe, and therefore the rotating effect of a car body cannot be influenced. The left sleeve pipe and the right sleeve pipe are fixed to the middle supporting frame through clamp springs. A cycle of optical sensing rubber is arranged on the outer edge of a gyroscope. When the double-wheel electric balance swing car is used at night, speed is correspondingly reduced, and potential safety hazards are eliminated when a user goes out at night.
