The invention discloses an underground mine operation vehicle with a tail gas emission reduction function. The underground mine operation vehicle is characterized in that a filter water tank is arranged on the vehicle, a gas inlet is formed in one end of the filter water tank, an exhaust outlet is formed in the other end of the filter water tank, and the gas inlet is connected onto a tail gas exhaust pipe of the vehicle. The underground mine operation vehicle has the advantages that the underground mine operation vehicle is simple in structure and reasonable in design, the filter water tank is additionally arranged at the tail of the vehicle, accordingly, tail gas of the vehicle can be purified, harmful gas components and particulate matters in the tail gas can be reduced, and harm to human bodies can be reduced; the concentration of smoke of the tail gas can be decreased, and accordingly the visibility of air in underground mine operation spaces can be guaranteed.
