The invention discloses a low-saturability patterned oil-resistant tire and a tread rubber formula, and belongs to the technical field of rubber tire processing. The tread rubber includes first-stage rubber and final mixing rubber, wherein the first-stage rubber includes the formula in parts by weight: 100 parts of diene universal rubber SMR-20/BR9000 used simultaneously, 10-20 parts of modified butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 4-6 parts of zinc oxide, 2-4 parts of stearic acid, 3-4 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1.5-2 parts of protective wax, 50-60 parts of intermediate super carbon black N220, 5-6 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 7-9 parts of adhesive resin, and 2-4 parts of a homogeneous agent; the final mixing rubber comprises the formula in parts by weight: 184.5-215 parts of rubber master batch, 2.5-3 parts of sulfur, 1-2 parts of an accelerant NOBS, and 0.3-1 part of an anti-coking agent CTP. While maintaining mechanical properties of a conventional tire, the oil resistance performance is greatly improved, and the tire does not generate a tread tacky phenomenon after use.
