The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle base station and a battery change device therefor. The battery change device (10b) includes: a grabbing member (14) for grabbing the battery, a first moving member (11) for diving the grabbing member (14) to move in a first axis direction (X), a second moving member (12) for driving the grabbing member (14) to move in a second axis direction (Y), and a third moving member (13) for diving the grabbing member (14) to move in a third axis direction (Z), wherein the first axis direction (X), the second axis direction (Y), and the third axis direction (Z) form a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system; and the coordinate position of the grabbing member (14) in the three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system is adjusted through the first axis direction (X), the second axis direction (Y), and the third axis direction (Z). The structure of the battery change device for the unmanned aerial vehicle base station is compact, the space usage is little, and it is convenient for miniaturization design of the unmanned aerial vehicle base station.
