The invention relates to a buffering system of a lifting sliding table for an overhead elevator. The buffering system comprises a buffering seat fixed to an elevator triangle stand and distributed in the vertical direction. The buffering system further comprises pull rods matched with the buffering seat. Each pull rod comprises a first rod distributed in the vertical direction and a second rod perpendicular to the bottom end of the first rod. The first rods penetrate the buffering seat to be connected with a chain. Stepped through holes are formed in the buffering seat, wherein the first rods penetrate the stepped through holes. The portions, located outside the buffering seat, of rod bodies of the first rods are sleeved with springs. One end of each spring abuts against the corresponding second rod, the other end of each spring abuts against the lower plane of the buffering seat, and the lower sections of the springs are sleeved with outer spring buffering sleeves. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the buffering system is additionally arranged at the joint of the elevator triangle stand and the chain of the lifting sliding table for the overhead elevator, and through the buffering effect of the rectangular springs, the pull rods and chain wheel buffering sleeves, the impact force of the elevator triangle stand and a limiting bolt is reduced, and therefore noise is greatly lowered.
