The invention in particular relates to an improved sealing block cover for an air intake duct, which belongs to the sealing technology of the air intake duct for static test of an aircraft structure. A block cover opening is formed in the surface of the sealing block cover for the air intake duct; a sealing threaded hole is formed in the periphery of the block cover opening; a corresponding sealing cover is arranged on the block cover opening; a sealing gasket is arranged between the sealing cover and the block cover opening; and corresponding sealing threaded holes in the sealing cover, the block cover opening and the sealing gasket are connected with each other in a sealed way through a sealing bolt. The sealing block cover for the air intake duct, provided by the invention, is advantaged in that the sealing block cover is convenient to open and reliably sealed; adhesives are brushed in the lip of the air inlet duct and a block cover seam to seal the the lip of the air inlet duct and the block cover seam; the sealing effect of the sealing block cover is greatly improved; a strain gauge is convenient to maintain; the machining process of the sealing block cover is simple; the sealing block cover is simple and convenient to replace; and the cost of the sealing block cover is low.
