The invention discloses a large-bearing compression type shape memory polymer composite material releasing mechanism, and relates to a polymer composite material releasing mechanism. The polymer composite material releasing mechanism solves the problem that surrounding equipment is prone to be damaged by impact and explosion fragments which are generated in the releasing process of a traditional releasing mechanism. The polymer composite material releasing mechanism comprises a main structure connector, a releasing mechanism connector and a heating driving device; the main structure connector and the releasing mechanism connector are both made of shape memory polymer composite materials; the main structure connector comprises a flange type connecting plate and a releasing mechanism outer sleeve; the releasing mechanism connector comprises a connecting chassis and a releasing mechanism inner sleeve; the releasing mechanism outer sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the releasing mechanism inner sleeve in a sleeving mode, and external force is exerted to enable the releasing mechanism outer sleeve and the releasing mechanism inner sleeve to be fixed relatively; the heating driving device performs heating, the releasing mechanism outer sleeve and the releasing mechanism inner sleeve which are made of the shape memory polymer composite materials are heated and restore a straight cylinder state, and the releasing mechanism outer sleeve and the releasing mechanism inner sleeve are separated from each other to achieve releasing. The large-bearing compression type shape memory polymer composite material releasing mechanism is suitable for the releasing field of space equipment and the like.
