The invention provides a wet-slippery road surface emergency brake device of a battery car. The wet-slippery road surface emergency brake device comprises a slide case, a balancing weight, an electromagnetic block, a gas-guide tube and a blowing nozzle. The bottom of the slide case is assembled with the balancing weight, and a permanent magnet is assembled in the balancing weight; the outer side of the rear wall of the slide case is assembled with the electromagnetic block, like poles of the electromagnetic block and the electromagnetic block are opposite after the electromagnetic block is electrified; the blowing nozzle is assembled on the front end of the casing above a front-wheel of a vehicle main body, a gas outlet of the blowing nozzle faces the ground position in front of the wheel, and the blowing nozzle stretches into the slide case through the gas-guide tube. When the wet-slippery road surface emergency brake device works, the electromagnetic block is placed in circuit, the like poles of the electromagnetic block and the electromagnetic block are opposite, the balancing weight is pushed forwards quickly, the speed of the vehicle main body is reduced, air flow in the slide case is blown out from the blowing nozzle, water on the ground in front of the wheel is blown away quickly or dried, and the braking distance of the battery car on the wet-slippery road surface can be effectively reduced.
