A method for detecting finish machining clamping deformation of an aircraft component comprises the steps that according to a finish machining requirement of the aircraft component, a clamping position for installing a clamping device of a paired structure is selected, the aircraft component with finish machining to be carried out is arranged on a finish machining frame, the clamping device of the paired structure is installed to the determined clamping position, and then the appearance of the aircraft component with finish machining to be carried out is adjusted to be in a state required by the technology through an adjusting device; a support used for fixing a dial indicator is installed on the finish machining frame or at the position close to the clamping device of the paired structure, a detection contact of the dial indicator is arranged at the position around 50 mm away from the clamping device of the paired structure, and meanwhile a pointer of the dial indicator is adjusted to the zero point; the position of the clamping device of the paired structure on the finish machining frame is adjusted again so that the aircraft component can be firmly clamped, the clamping deformation state is detected through the pointer of the dial indicator, the clamping device of the paired structure can be slightly adjusted, and finally finish machining is carried out according to the finish machining technological requirement in a docking mode. Operation is easy and convenient, the clamping deformation is zero, the application range is wide, and the production cost is low.
