The invention provides an integral hoisting method of the front and rear crossbeam assemblies of a quayside container crane. The hoisting method comprises the following steps: 1, determining the use length of a hoisting cable and the specification of a shackle according to the characteristics of the front and rear crossbeam assemblies of the quayside container crane; S2, arranging two gantry cranes in a side-by-side manner, unifying the drift angles of jibs, and allowing the dimension of a hoisting hook stopper to match with the dimension of a process hoisting rack; S3, connecting land side and sea side wire ropes and a general assembly lifting lug on a rear crossbeam; S4, adopting the two gantry cranes to synchronously lift in order to hoist the crossbeam assemblies to a quay container crane doorframe; and S5, dismounting hoisting tools to complete quay container crane general assembling. The method reduces the influences on the crossbeam assembly at a lower portion and improves the hoisting stability and safety. The process hoisting rack effectively controls the center position of the hoisting points of the gantry cranes, and avoids interference between the gantry cranes and a quay container crane trapezoid rack.
