The invention provides a tunnel state detection vehicle and relates to the technical field of tunnel detection. The problem that a manual detection way is adopted in the prior art, the requirements for quality and efficiency of current tunnel state detection are difficult to meet is solved. The tunnel state detection vehicle comprises a vehicle body. The vehicle body is provided with a geological radar, a computer terminal and lining detection antennas, wherein the computer terminal and the lining detection antennas are electrically connected with the geological radar respectively. Mechanical arms and a control system are installed on the vehicle body. The lining detection antennas are arranged at the tail ends of the mechanical arms. The mechanical arms comprise the first mechanical arm, the second mechanical arm and the third mechanical arm. In the detection process, the first mechanical arm and a lining on a tunnel vault correspond to each other with a first preset distance. The second mechanical arm and a lining on a tunnel haunch correspond to each other with a first preset distance. The third mechanical arm and a lining on a tunnel side wall correspond to each other with a first preset distance. The tunnel state detection vehicle is used for tunnel state detection.
