The invention discloses a method and apparatus for verifying the protecting logic of a train. The method comprises receiving first operation data and second operation data, wherein both the first operation data and the second operation data are effective; generating a command to be triggered in dependence on the first operation data and the second operation data; acquiring the type of the command to be triggered if the command to be triggered is effective; and verifying the protecting logic of a train according to the type of the command to be triggered to obtain a verification result. By adopting the method and apparatus for verifying the protecting logic of the train, logical conditions of train protection can be implemented in modularization, the logical conditions can be implemented one by one according to the determination conditions in an actual process, and the implementation is distinct and clear.
