The invention discloses a power supply management method based on a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal. The power supply management method comprises the following steps: determining a voltage threshold V; detecting the voltage of a main power supply of the terminal; comparing the voltage of the main power supply with the threshold V; switching to a standby battery to supply electricity when the voltage of the main power supply is lower than V; shutting down power supplies of modules step by step according to the under-voltage time of the main power supply; and switching back to the main power supply to supply electricity when the voltage of the main power supply recovers. According to the power supply management method provided by the invention, when the main power supply of the terminal generates an abnormal phenomenon that instantaneous under-voltage occurs and quickly recovers, a power supply management module can recognize that the instability is transient, and the standby battery is switched to supply electricity at the transient moment, so that the normal operation of the terminal is guaranteed not to be influenced; when the under-voltage time of the main power supply is long, the power consumption modules can be shut down step by step in a certain order, and when the main power supply of the terminal recovers to normal, the power consumption modules are started step by step; when a core power supply of a Linux system is shut down, time for storing data is provided, so that data can be prevented from being lost.
