The invention discloses a variable-dip-angle whole-water-area water surface photovoltaic power station modularized double-hull-shaped floating device. The double-hull-shaped floating device comprises a plurality of modularly-designed double-hull-shaped supporting bases (1) and matched floating platform (2) which are mutually connected into a piece, wherein the double-hull-shaped supporting bases (1) are formed by a plastic material through blow molding and are of hollow structures in the insides, four corners of each double-hull-shaped supporting base (1) protrude out of the surface of the plastic material to form protruded platforms (1.1), the four protruded platforms (1.1) are divided into two groups, an angle formed due to the height difference of the two groups of protruded platforms (1.1) is 0-4 degrees, and the two groups of protruded platforms (1.1) are connected through connecting supports (1.3). The shortcomings that bases in the prior art are not beneficial to water surface photovoltaic power station modular building and are not feasible for lake surfaces, reservoirs and the like larger in water level change are overcome, and the variable-dip-angle whole-water-area water surface photovoltaic power station modularized double-hull-shaped floating device has the advantages that the double-hull-shaped floating device can be applied to water areas different in latitude and type and the scale effect can be achieved.
