The invention discloses a design method of a gliding-and-cruising two-stage waverider based on variable shock wave angles and an osculating cone principle. The method comprises the design of a sliding-stage waverider and the design of a cruising-stage waverider. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, defining a basic molded line and design parameters; designing the cruising-stage waverider by adopting the osculating cone principle, and determining a front edge line of the waverider; determining a respective shock wave angle in each osculating plane according to the front edge line of the cruising-stage waverider and a gliding-stage shock-wave outlet molded line so as to obtain a sliding-stage benchmark stream field through the osculating cone principle; performing streamline tracing in the sliding-stage benchmark stream field and designing a sliding-stage lower surface so as to ensure that the sliding-stage waverider and the cruising-stage waverider share the same front edge line. The method effectively solves the problem that when a two-stage waverider is designed, the shock-wave outlet molded line can only be in a circular arc shape, and also solve the problem that when the two-stage waverider is designed based on the osculating cone principle, the sliding-stage waverider does not ride waves due to overflow. The two-stage waverider designed by the method disclosed by the invention has good wave riding performance in a gliding stage and a cruising stage, and has a high lift-drag ratio during whole flight in the gliding stage and the cruising stage.
