The invention discloses a control method for a variable-stiffness stabilizer bar. The control method includes the steps that the signal initial value of the inclination angle of a vehicle is obtained according to the speed and turning radius signals when the vehicle runs on a curve; a first correction signal of first-time fine tuning on the signal initial value is obtained according to the rotation angle signal of a steering wheel when the vehicle turns; a second correction signal of second-time fine tuning on the signal initial value is obtained according to the difference obtained by comparing the left and right wheel jump signals and the yaw velocity signals of the vehicle with stored vehicle expected inclination angle signals; and an executing electric signal used for changing the stiffness value, matched with the actual inclination angle of the vehicle, of the variable-stiffness stabilizer bar is obtained according to the signal initial value of the inclination angle of the vehicle, the first correction signal and the second correction signal. The invention further discloses a control device for the variable-stiffness stabilizer bar. By means of the control method and control device for the variable-stiffness stabilizer bar, the stiffness of the stabilizer bar can change continuously within a certain range.
