The invention discloses novel wire rope elevating type construction hoist equipment. The novel wire rope elevating type construction hoist equipment comprises a tower, motors, control switches and wire ropes, wherein rollers are arranged above the tower and provided with the wire ropes; guide rail frames are arranged on the sides of the tower and provided with cages; the cages are provided with manual brakes and safety anti-falling devices; lifting mechanisms are arranged below the tower; each lifting mechanism comprises one motor, a coupling, a brake, a reducer and a coiling block. The control switches are arranged above the lifting mechanisms. A weight limiter and a limit switch are arranged on one sides of the control switches. The equipment is high in performance, high in efficiency and low in cost, and the safety anti-falling devices which meet the standards and requirements, and is safe, reliable, convenient to use, sensitive in response and easy to manufacture provide reliable safety guarantee for the construction hoist.
