The invention provides a force measuring device for a heavy-load winch for a ship. An existing mature three-pulley force measuring mechanism is adopted for the force measuring part of the force measuring device, but unlike the prior art, the three-pulley force measuring device can conduct synergic movement along with the irregular swinging of cables, and the measuring device achieves the purposes that the measuring device moves along with the cable output direction, so that the force measuring point of a sensor and the space positions of the cables are kept unchanged, the result measured by the measuring device approaches to the real value, and the accuracy of force measuring is guaranteed.
