The invention discloses a power assisting device and an aircraft cabin door with the same. The power assisting device comprises a first sleeve (1) and a second sleeve (4). One end of the first sleeve (1) is hinged to a cabin body structure (2) and is provided with a spring (3). One end of the second sleeve (4) is connected with an input end (5), and the other end of the second sleeve (4) is connected with the other end of the first sleeve (1) in a sleeving mode. The second sleeve (4) can stretch and retract relative to the first sleeve (1). When the second sleeve (4) stretches and retracts relative to the first sleeve (1), the spring on the first sleeve (4) is used for providing force, in the direction opposite to the movement direction of the second sleeve (4), for the second sleeve (4). According to the power assisting device, the spring is used as a power assisting structure, and the spring power assisting device is simple in structure, small in occupied space and low in weight.
