The invention relates to a position-changeable traction tool of a train and belongs to the field of auxiliary traction devices used in newly-built railway vehicle overhauling. A movably pulley lifting mechanism which is formed by piston rod chains of a jack can drive a lifting foundation support, and the lifting foundation support is made to conduct vertically lifting movement along a box iron guide rail of a rail frame, and thus height positioning change switching is achieved. Four positioning guide rollers can slide in the box iron guide rail. Rotation switching of a tightlock car coupler connection seat and a shaft connection type car coupler seat is achieved through a rotating seat which can conduct right-angled position change in the vertical axial direction. A rubber shaft sleeve with a convex spherical surface and a shaft cavity with a concave spherical surface in the rotating seat jointly form a ball socket cavity spherical surface movement pair, certain radial overturning moment can be borne, the rotating seat is provided with degrees of freedom in two directions, and thus a car coupler is buffered and protected against severe corrosion and impact damage. Buffering spring pins act on the lower end faces of the tightlock car coupler connection seat and the shaft connection type car coupler seat and play a role in supporting and buffering the rotating seat, limiting the vibration limit and protecting the rotating seat.
