The invention relates to a welding-free encapsulating structure for an escalator truss. The structure comprises a steel plate fixing part arranged between an escalator base plate and an escalator cover plate, wherein an escalator base plate supporting part and an escalator cover plate supporting part are arranged at the lower end and on the upper portion of the steel plate fixing part respectively, the escalator base plate supporting part and the escalator cover plate supporting part are arranged on the steel plate fixing part through pressing blocks respectively in a sustaining mode, and the pressing blocks are connected with the steel plate fixing part through bolts. Due to the fact that welding is not conducted, no qualitative change of the original truss raw material of an escalator is caused, and no qualitative change of the tension of the original truss raw material of the escalator is caused. By the adoption of the welding-free encapsulating structure, the bearing capacity of the escalator truss can be improved, and an escalator load is firmer.
