The invention discloses multifunctional carrying equipment capable of locking a frame, adopting magnetic hanging loops for hoisting and applied to a transformer substation. The multifunctional carrying equipment comprises the frame and a drawable type operating trolley arranged in the frame, wherein a cross-shaped main arm capable of adjusting inclined angle and locking the frame is arranged on the frame; an auxiliary arm is connected to the top of the cross-shaped main arm; fixed pulleys are arranged at two ends of the auxiliary arm; a hoisting mechanism is arranged on the frame, is connected with a support cross beam, which is suspended at the lower end of the auxiliary arm, through a lifting rope, is connected with lifting hooks through the support cross beam to hoist a cable channel cover plate and is connected with the magnetic hanging loops through the support cross beam to hoist a switch trolley. The multifunctional carrying equipment can stably hoist the switch trolley or the cable channel cover plate of the transformer substation in the special field environment of the transformer substation and convey the switch trolley or the cable channel cover to the designated position; the multifunctional equipment wholly integrates hoisting and transporting functions.
