The invention discloses an ultra-light wheel shaft type decelerating motor. The decelerating motor consists of an ultra-thin wheel hub, a half-shaft motor, a two-stage decelerator and a wheel fork, wherein the half-shaft motor and the two-stage decelerator are integrated so as to form a wheel shaft type decelerating motor; the two-stage decelerator is mounted in the ultra-thin wheel hub; the half-shaft motor is equivalent to a half shaft of a right wheel hub, so that a problem which is difficult to solve on the primary structure of a conventional light wheel hub motor is artfully and effectively solved, and the purposes that the reduction ratio is increased, the rotating speed of the motor is increased, the efficiency of the motor is improved, the weight of the motor is decreased, and the integral structure is simplified are achieved; a pulley transmission device in the two-stage decelerator is a high-speed transmission unit, and the problem that the noise of gear transmission is large is effectively solved; a large transmission gear is provided with an overrunning clutch flywheel, so that the sliding effect of an electric bicycle is the same as that of a common bicycle; the weight of the ultra-light wheel shaft type decelerating motor is only 1.5 kilograms, and the opening degree is smaller than 70mm; the ultra-light wheel shaft type decelerating motor is high in performance and low in cost.
