An accurate regulation and control method of an air-conditioning fresh air valve for a high-speed train solves the technical problem that an air-conditioning unit cannot meet the requirements for environmental comfort degree of compartments, energy conservation and environmental protection at the same time. The adopted technical scheme is that a stop valve with an adjustably combined quantitative air port is provided, and the design specifications of the quantitative air port can be either designed according to the percentage of the gross area of an air duct or designed as required.
