The invention discloses a multi-shaft aircraft of an asynchronous motor having a transformer, in particular a parallel speed adjusting method of the multi-shaft aircraft of the asynchronous motor having the transformer. The multi-shaft aircraft comprises an aircraft body, an electric rotor wing, a flight state computer control system and the transformer, and is characterized in that a power transmission line, an external alternating-current power supply and an aircraft power utilization load are formed to a loop; motors are grouped; three-phase windings of each set of motors are serially connected to form three branches; each branch is connected with a power supply; the windings of all the motors are connected with a multifunction module in parallel; the multifunctional module comprises a flight control circuit, a controllable rectifier, a rechargeable battery, a power utilization load and a false load; the flight control circuit is in signal connection with a main engine of the flight state computer control system, and is controlled by the same; and the states of all the motors and the aircraft are changed and controlled through changing the state of the multifunctional module. By dint of external power supply facilities, the weight of a lot of batteries can be saved, and the long-time air flight capacity can be achieved.
