The invention relates to a vehicle charging and travelling interlocking method, comprising a first protection mechanism or a second protection mechanism in the following six protection mechanisms, and at least one in the third to sixth protection mechanisms. The six protection mechanisms comprise: 1, when a vehicle power management system detects a charging connecting signal of a vehicle-mounted charging socket, sending a state information message to a vehicle control unit, executing a non-parking strategy; 2, when the vehicle power management system detects a charging connecting signal of a vehicle-mounted charging socket, sending a state information message to a motor controller, executing a non-parking strategy; 3, when a vehicle controller of a vehicle detects charging control positive signals, executing a non-parking strategy; 4, when the vehicle controller of the vehicle detects charging control negative signals, executing a non-parking strategy; 5, when the motor controller of the vehicle detects the charging control positive signals, executing a non-parking strategy; 6, when the motor controller of the vehicle detects the charging control negative signals, executing a non-parking strategy. The vehicle charging and travelling interlocking method has multiple protection mechanisms, thereby greatly improve security of vehicle charging and travelling interlocking.
