The invention discloses a control method of a fuel battery and storage battery hybrid power driving system, and relates to the field of a hybrid power driving technology, for solving the technical problems of improving the dynamic response property of a fuel battery and improving the endurance of the fuel battery. According to the method, power output of the fuel battery changes along with stable-state output of a load, and reasonable power distribution between the fuel battery and a storage battery; and charge and discharge of the storage battery are controlled by taking the state of charge (SOC) of the storage battery as a basis, the SOC value of the storage battery is enabled to change within an ideal scope, output power of the fuel battery is adjusted through controlling a current control type DC/DC converter, the SOC of the storage battery is maintained at a stable state, charge and discharge management of the storage battery is realized, extension control is applied to control of a converter, and a hybrid energy system is enabled to obtain better performance. The method provided by the invention is applied to the fuel battery and a storage battery hybrid power driving system.
