The invention relates to a hot-air balloon device and provides a steerable solar heat collector hot-air balloon hanging system. The steerable solar heat collector hot-air balloon hanging system comprises a hot-air balloon 1, a carrying body 2, a tumbler 3, a support 12, a positioning body 13, a conduit 14 and a solar heat collector 15. The steerable solar heat collector hot-air balloon hanging system is characterized in that the hot-air balloon 1 consists of an airbag 4 and a heating device 5, and the solar heat collector 15 is connected with the heating device 5 through the conduit 14; the tumbler 3 consists of an empty chamber 6 and a heavy block 7, and the positioning body 13 is installed below the heavy block 7; the support 12 is installed on the positioning body 13 and a fixing screw is provided on the support 12; the carrying body 2 is installed on the support 12. The steerable solar heat collector hot-air balloon hanging system has a function of hanging a mobile phone in air for multidirectional adjustment, can allow people to adopt multiple postures to use the mobile phone or a computer to watch videos or have a chat, and can prevent cervical spondylosis easily caused for a reason that the head is lowered down for a long time to watch the mobile phone or the computer.
