The invention provides a bicycle control apparatus which can perform auxiliary control with a simple structure. The bicycle control apparatus (10) is configured to control a drive unit (34) having a motor (36) that assist in manual driving. The bicycle control apparatus (10) includes an operating unit (20) and a control unit (12). The operating unit (20) is configured to be operated in accordance with first and second operating methods that are different from each other. The control unit (12) is configured to change a setting state of a function that is set in advance without driving the drive unit (34) in response to the operating unit (20) being operated in accordance with the first operating method. The control unit (12) is configured to drive the drive unit (34) in response to the operating unit (20) being operated in accordance with the second operating method.
