The invention provides an attitude control test device with an external frame, for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The attitude control test device comprises a base, a first revolute pair, a second revolute pair, a third revolute pair, a first rotating device, a second rotating device, a mounting module and an unmanned aerial vehicle module, wherein the base is fixed on a fixed surface, such as the ground or a table top; the first rotating device is connected with the base through the first revolute pair; the second rotating device is connected with the first rotating device through the second revolute pair; the mounting module is connected with the second rotating device through the third revolute pair; the unmanned aerial vehicle module is mounted on the mounting module. According to the attitude control test device disclosed by the invention, on the basis of design principles of mechanical six-degree-of-freedom machinery structures, the unmanned aerial vehicle module is mounted on the mounting module, so that the comprehensive simulation of all-direction flight attitudes in three rotational degrees of freedom, namely the pitch of the vehicle body, the yaw of the vehicle body, the roll of the vehicle body, are realized. The attitude control test device disclosed by the invention occupies very small space, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can be debugged indoors, so that the complex process of outdoor debugging is avoided, and unsafe factors generated during debugging to crowds and the unmanned aerial vehicle are avoided.
