The invention discloses an underwater trash removal machine. The underwater trash removal machine is characterized in that the underwater trash removal machine comprises a fixed base (1) in the shape of a ship-shaped box, and an anti-slip tire (2) used for driving the fixed base (1) to run; the anti-slip tire (2) comprises a driving anti-slip tire body (201) fixed to the rear end of the fixed base (1), and a driven anti-slip tire body (202) fixed to the front end of the fixed base (1); and a hollow slurry pump (3) penetrates the center of the fixed base (1) and makes a silt pumping port of the hollow slurry pump (3) stretch out of the lower surface of the fixed base (1), and a plurality of meshed gears (4) are fixedly arranged in a box of the fixed base (1) and surround the hollow slurry pump (3). The underwater trash removal machine works in an underwater hidden walking manner, silt can be removed without exhausting water, and the depth, in silt, of the underwater trash removal machine can be effectively controlled.
