The invention discloses a cup carrying device used for an automobile. The cup carrying device comprises a cup stand and an electric air pump. The cup stand comprises a base, a lantern ring and an annular air bag. When the cup stand is not used, air inside the annular air bag is pumped out through the electric air pump, the annular air bag is shrunken downwards, and then the cup stand can be moved into a containing groove in an automobile dashboard. When needing to be used, the cup stand is moved out of the containing groove in the automobile dashboard, then air at an air outlet of an automobile air conditioner is injected into the annular air bag through the electric air pump, and the annular air bag extends upwards. The height of the cup stand can be adjusted so that the height of the cup stand can be reduced when the cup stand is not used. The cup stand can achieve thermal insulation/cold insulation for a cup; when not used, the cup stand can be concealed.
